Ice cream recipes

Ice creams and sorberts are a refreshing treat in hot weather.  When you make your own, you can adjust the recipes to suit your taste.  If you're health-conscious, you can easily make lower-fat and lower-cal versions of your favorite treats.  I'll use this blog to share some of my favorite recipes, and feel free to post your own in the comments section as well!
